The winter weather has played havoc with our roads causing potholes all over Wandsworth. It’s the same problem that we had last year after the snow and ice. Mark has met with the Council Leader to discuss the problem. The dilemma is that if they are repaired another cold snap will just cause the potholes to reappear straight away. So the decision has been made to repair the whole Borough starting in March. The Council will go systematically by ward and fill them all in. 

 

However, it would help speed things up if a comprehensive list of potholes could be obtained.  If there is a pothole on your road, or on your journey do please email Mark with the information – mark@markclarke.net. Please do be as specific as you can, even down to saying which house number the pothole is outside, if at all possible. Mark will then make sure that the Council have the information and this will help speed things up in March when the potholes are repaired.
